    • Daily entry of time and expenses into a computer timekeeping and expense system.
    • Weekly tracking of statistical reports that show where you are financially at that point in the month from a dollar and hours point of view.

    • End of month pre-bills followed by final bills and end of month statements. We have set up additional collections methods to improve collections of accounts receivable and improve cash flow.

    • Organizing vendor receipts, billing and payment of vendor bills. Charging these reimbursements to the clients and capturing this cost on the clients billing statements. Paying vendor bills when they come due.

    • Monthly financial statements including profit, loss and balance sheet. We provide end of month check reconciliation and the month end financials on a timely basis for bank review if necessary.

    • We have prepared annual budgets and monthly updates with quarterly revisions. This helps you see the path that you are on and the direction the firm is going.

    • We prepare quarterly tax reports for IRS and Texas Workforce commission. We can get you setup online for quick access and payment information.
